If you've encountered the problem where at the 1452nd restart the DAB+U is not recognized by your head unit, the cause is that your head unit supports iPod communication, and the device ID ( 1452 ) is recognized as an iPod, not a mass storage.
This can be handled if you download the latest firmware version for the DAB+U.
Firmware version 1.13 and upwards contains this bug-fix.
