Sometimes, not so often, everything works (even the hands free phone calls), but the phone menu is missing. The symptom: Phone menu cannot be selected by pressing the ‘Menu’ button.
If you have the same issue above, please do the following to enable the alternative phone menu option:
- update the Gateway to firmware 45 at least
- turn DIP switch #4 ON
- Disconnect / Reconnect the Gateway from power or press reset
- Test if the same issue is present
- If yes: please check if the phone module was removed completely. If nothing helps, you can contact Dension technical support
