I have received a 'Shipment report' but the tracking page does not find the shipment. Is my order shipped?

Our system gets the tracking numbers from the shipment slip of each shipment and that is available before the package is physically shipped. Please check the shipping date on your 'Shipment report' and if it is the same day, please allow a few hours for the tracking software to register the shipment.
