How can I return products?

If you encounter any problems with your Dension device please contact our support to have further information if the problems can be solved or to get a confirmation for your return.

Please note that the return period 8 days for all non-defective products (from the date of reception).

The original receipt, gift receipt, invoice or packing slip is required for all returns.

Dension reserves the right to deny any return. All items are inspected and the refund is made by evaluating the loss in product value due to use, installation, missing parts or damage.

Return process:

  • Pack your return in the original shipping package, if possible.
  • Include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories.
  • Provide your receipt or packing slip.
  • Indicate the reason for the return.
  • For proof of delivery, we recommend that you return items via a registered service.

Refund Method

Refunds will be credited to the original credit card or PayPal account.

Bundles

When a bundle is purchased and only part of the bundle is returned, the bundle discount is void, and the total bundle discount will be deducted from the refund.

Nonreturnable Items

  • Labor, delivery and/or installation services
  • Items that are damaged or abused
  • Items that are missing accessories such as cords and cables
  • Items that have unarguable signs of usage
